Judging a Speak-Off?? Oh my nerves!

One of my biggest fears is public speaking [even though I do it anyways] and funny enough, I was asked by the school to judge the Holyrood Holy Cross Elementary Grade 4-6 Speak Off this year.  My heart was racing and I felt a bit stomach sick, but I managed to quietly sit through 12 excellent speeches and be impressed by each one.  It was hard to choose the top 3, but in the end there were 3 students in particular who owned it.  It was a really good experience for all of us :)
