Collingwood Town Hall, Ontario

An acrylic on canvas painting c. 2006. Ontario Town Series – Houses municipal offices, council chambers, bell tower, Romanesque style featuring Duntroon sandstone arches. This building subsequently burned down shortly after opening and was then completely rebuilt. Latest technology of the time was built into the structure, including steam heat, electricity and telephones.
